How consumers opt in to Edgehealth text messages
Edgehealth operates UserFactory, a quality-assurance platform for testing telehealth and customer-facing software. As part of this program, Edgehealth sends SMS text messages to mobile numbers that have opted in. This page describes what messages we send, and the opt-in (Call-to-Action) through which consent is collected.
Example: “Hi Matthew, this is TeleCare confirming your appointment. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out.”
To receive these messages, enter your mobile number and check the consent box below, then submit. Consent is also collected in the UserFactory dashboard when an authorized administrator enrolls an organization-owned number using this same disclosure. A record of each opt-in (mobile number and timestamp) is retained.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Your mobile opt-in information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Full program terms are described in our Messaging Terms & Conditions.
